Great show, even though I was cut off __ and never got a chance to talk with Michael.

I realize that I feel helpless a lot in my life. I recognize that my parents yelled about each others faults and us kids problems on a daily basis. There were nghtly arguments that would disintegrate into name calling. I spent my growing up years feeling as if I were walking on ice. Anything could trigger "You always..." and would ultimately result in name calling.  I've spent years in and out of therapy to deal with feelings of inadequacy.

Three years ago, I read Julia's Cameron's book "The Artist's Way". Ever since then, I've tried to figure out my passion, my "wow".  One of the many things I decided I wanted to do is write children's books.  I was in a job I hated. I went to see a medical intuitive who told me that I needed to believe that it is easy for the universe to fully support me.  When an old friend called to offer me part time contract job, I jumped at the chance, thinking that I would have more time to pursue my goals. I got my tax id number to be a sole proprietor.

Five months later, I am enrolled in a Children's Art class, so I am a bit further along in my dream. Now, I find out thatmy friend is leaving and I will be out of a contract job.  I feel frozen. I don't know what to do. I'd like to find other pt work, but I don't know how.... Ideas?

In writing this, I realize that I get stalemated before every decision. It even took me a while to decide to take the pt job, even though it is ideal.

Hi

Would you be kind enough to tell me what part of the world you’re in, as there are many different opportunities, depending where you are located in the world!

Also means I can a little research on your behalf.

You might also consider printing out my Life coaching profile. It might give you a kick in the right direction.

Hi

Here are just 4 of many, places for you to get started, by being able to connect, with locales, place for you to chat with people, who might be able to point you, to some opportunity, a place where you can build a personal profile, and add your CV/resume.

I hope this is helpful.

Hello,
This topic felt as though it was meant just for me.  Here is a little background:  I'll be 49 years old in January. I lost my job almost 2 years ago due to downsizing...next I was diagnosed with diabetes, I filed bankruptcy, my oldest daughter(who is single, and has a 4 year old daughter)was in a car accident (which totaled my vehicle) and her leg was broken, my youngest daughter is in her freshman year at college, I had to leave my home(could not afford it), and I'm living in a room at a close friend's home.

During the past 2 years, I've taken a few classes to help me become more marketable, however, I feel like I'm stuck.  It's like I can't move.  I'm feeling so inadequate, and afraid to begin looking for a job, perhaps for fear that I may be turned down, or lose it all again.  I'm ashamed because I was always the one who kept it all together.

There was a caller whose situation almost mirrored mine...she wanted a job, but didn't know the specific job description or how to go about finding it.  She was advised to make a wish solution...here is mine...

"I would love to have a great job as a coordinator/assistant, etc to a person or team whose focus is self development or spiritual training.  I live in Cleveland, Ohio...If there is anyone out there who may have any suggestions on how I begin to find a job in this field or a related field, please let me know.

Much love,
Margo

Hi Margo

Cutting the negative blinds game

Life does have away at times of pushing us around, I wonderful if you would consider playing a little game?  If so follow along, and if not then that’s ok too, you will need a few props, and pen or pencil a pad of some paper to write on, a glass of water.

I am going to ask a series of questions, these questions are just for you and your pad or paper.

So my first question is out of all the emotions human being are capable of feeling, which one if you had the choice of feeling would you pick?  And as you think about that one particular feeling emotion, now as you pay attention to that feeling, if it was located in your body where would it be? And would you repeat this a number of times, between 9 and 11 would be good.

So the next part of our game is almost the same, yet with a little difference, if you choose a less the desirable emotion from the many emotions that we humans have, where in the body would you locate it, could you give it size and texture?

Now think about a pleasant emotion and have a sip of water.

Now for the next part of our game, can you think of a time when you made a good decision? And think about that time, the place, and how it was, how it felt, look and sounded, just at that time. Now as you think about that, if you were to play attention to where the emotional feeling to this event, where in your body would it be?

Now this is where the magic happens, tap into your good decision and that feeling, and as you do this notice that is send out a little beam of light and allow it just to flow, now tap in to as many of as few of the many positive emotions that you can possibly conceive off both at a conscious level and at any other level of being that you are aware of.

And allow the all these energy streams to join together, you might be able of envision only a few, or you may have many, once you have found you preset limit, imagine pulling all this wonderful positive energy in to a ball,  making sure you have all streams, in the ball place this ball into your glass of water.

And just let it be. Don’t drink it, as we have to do the next part.

Now this needs to be done in a way that is balanced, and swift, read first then do
Ok now comes the important part, consider all the not so good stuff in your life, and how is as left emotional bagged the whole idea behind this process is to cut the negative emotional ties, that bind us to our stuckness, so locate just one negative emotion, time, place or person, that no longer serves you any longer, and notice where in your body that emotional imprint is, now notice how it’s stream in flowing, and do the same to as many and to all and anything that as been negative, in any way shape of from, and allow all of them energy streams to run.

As there are running and flowing push them all together to make one long rope, and notice where the energy rope joins you.

Now imagine, just above you there are 2 solid blades and on the count of 3, allow the blades to cut this negative energy rope lose, and do this 3-5 times making sure that you cut away all this negative, energy, once you are happy that they are no lose ends, go and drink your water.

Allowing all the positive energy, to flow, through you, and in to your, many new futures.

Now take a few minutes to think about a few wonderful emotions, and work from this place of possibility.
