I am going to design my day for complete joy... so even if stuff happens my first reaction will be light and easy. I will walk to work today (my studio is a one and a half hour walk) and I will dance along the way (even when the I-tunes song doesn't necessarily call for it), giving the many Los Angeles commuters something to smile and/or laugh about (at?). and as I am creating today, I will approach the many "Problem solving Issues" with levity, and a spirit of playfulness...

2. Possibility Questions:

>      * What would have to happen in order for me to keep a spirit of complete joy today?

I will have to foster an essence of joy, and remember to stay playful...

>      * What would I have to do in order for me to keep a spirit of complete joy today?

I will have to be completely aware and watchful of my own reactions to outer stimulus, and allow these reactions to be held in abeyance, so that I can make sure "ease and relaxed" is the response.

>      * Am I willing to do that? If not, what am I willing to do?

I am willing to try this... The I-tunes is fully charged and ready for the walk.

I am interested in how others will respond...

glad you had a great day Tom, thinking of you dancing to work made me smile, no doubt you improved the day for a lot of other people too.

which reminds me again of the poem I carry with me since my school days

A smile

A smile costs nothing, but gives much.
It enriches those who receive
without making poorer those who give.
It takes but a moment,
but the memory of it can last forever.
None is so rich and mighty
that he can get along without it,
and none is so poor but that
he can be made rich by it.
A smile creates happiness in the home,
fosters good will in business,
and is the countersign of friendship.
It brings rest to the weary,
cheer to the discouraged,
sunshine to the sad,
and is nature's best antidote for trouble.
Yet it cannot be bought, begged,
borrowed or stolen.
For it is something that is of no
value to anyone until given away.
Some people are too tired to give you a smile.
Give them one of yours,
as none needs a smile so much as
he who has no more to give.

Though there a times I forget about it I usually make it my habit to give a smile to at least one stranger on the street completely out of the blue and I love every day my smile helps to turn an earnest expression into a beaming smile! It is so simple to improve other people's day :-)
I love to pass someone on the street smile at him/her and think " May you have a wonderful day today!" or something like that....

And each time I see the expression in someone else's face light up it is a joy day for me :-)

May you all have a wonderful day today !! And here is a smile for all of you
