Hi
  Today I was at a friends having coffee the subject of guilt came up with regarding our teenagers.when ever we say no we feel really guilty,they have everything loving parents and surport.so where does it come from.we know we have to say no for there own good.So why is  this feeling of guilt so powerful.

All i know in raising two is the best piece of advice is to think of them as two year olds having tantrums and needing limits - never seems so hard to not take it personally that way. 
Also keep a qtip in your pocket QTIP Quit taking it personally - a good reminder Smiley
