It's raining here in Southampton which is why I am surfing the net and not playing golf as normal on a Saturday afternoon Smiley

I was just re-watching this clip on TEd of Jill Bolte vividly describing the moment she suffered a stroke, and the bliss of her left hemisphere shutting down and freeing her from her conscious mind and mind chatter and liken it to the feeling of Nirvana.

I wonderd if Michael has seen this clip as it seems so in tune with what Michael showed us on the 'day of transformative coaching', when he showed us how to distinguish between our mind chatter and the still calm voice within?
