I really liked the newsletter today! And especially the Alice in Wonderland quote - even thought I've heard/read it a thousand times before (but only from you, Michael, haha). It just makes so much sense.
I like the 2 questions, *but* isn't there a step missing? I mean, ok, great if you know what you want, then those 2 questions are perfect. But what if you don't know what you want? Where do you start then? I would love to coach people to help them find out what they want, because I know how many people are out there who really don't know, and because I know how hard it is to actually sit down and trying to figure out what you want...
Right now I'm trying to coach a young woman who's not happy in her current job but has no clue what she actually wants to do. (I'm saying "trying" because she's actually my first guinea pig

) What questions can I ask her to help her find out what she wants?
