At Hays Human Resources, I am currently working alongside our financial services client based in Basingstoke who are currently seeking to recruit a Leadership Development Trainer on a permanent basis.
Job Purpose
Responsible for the design, and delivery of Leadership, Sales & Skills Development training interventions within the company
Main Accountabilities and approximate time split
Delivery of Leadership, Sales and Skills Interventions (45%)
Deliver appropriate training interventions
Provide coaching and development where specified
Drive key Leadership and Sales interventions in line with business strategy
Design /Produce/Update Training Materials and Plans (20%)
Design training and/or development solutions to meet business needs
Manage training administration in line with team commitments
Plan and co-ordinate the delivery of training activity within the training team
Diagnosis of Training Requirements (25%)
Identify training needs for specified skills development across the business in line with strategy
Conduct Training Needs Analyses when required
Produce and control training plans and personal development needs with the involvement of line managers
Liaise with key stakeholders to define business requirements
Induction of New Staff (10%)
Assist with the induction of new Staff into the company, either via 1:1 coaching or as part of the wider induction programme.

Practical experience of complete training cycle from needs analysis to evaluation
Preferred
NLP Business Practitioner MBTI Accredited
Working knowledge of psychometric models
Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and team working skills
Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-location groups and establish rapport and credibility at all levels.
Willingness and ability to develop close, professional working relationships with business managers and staff.
