I'm going to sit in my least favorite chair next week, the dentist's chair, and I really really really dislike the needle. (Did I mention I don't like the needle?) LOL
I thought what better place to ask about an NLP technique or 2 to help me through the event than to ask the folks here Smiley
While I don't like the whole endeavor, (the drilling and all) - the N word is what really bugs me the most.

Thanks in advance!

Richard

Hi Richard

This is a bit of a mind bender of you to try and keep track off- read it a few times- once really carefully doing your best to follow it- then a few more at normal and faster than you world normally the basic idea is to put new feeling in front of the ones you have at any moment in time-

How would you like to feel if the fear was a long forgotten memory Just may be out of a sense of curiosity you can go to a few days after your appointment and with a new sense of calm and some other good feelings bring them back into the right here- and do this a number of times- and each time you do that- you can feel and have all the resources that are needed-  now I don't know if you will remember to feel calm from then and back into the now or if you will take all the good feelings of feeling confident with you as you get closer and closer- making any and all changes- as you go back and after- yet before you know- the time where there is no time will just pass by in comfort- and each time you take new good feelings from the after- and as you can notice the the smallest changes- in the times and places that you need theses resources you can know with out knowing that you are in that time looking back on to the times befre adding and putting in all new ways of feeling in new ways-

Jay,

Thank you for the mind bender Smiley
It seemed a bit difficult at first, but the more I practiced the easier/better it became (just like most good things in life.)

Much appreciated,
