Has anyone came across / worked with someone with mulitple personailties?
Just curious to findings etc ...

Before I mind read what you may mean by "multiple personalities" how do you define this? I have worked with people who exhibit dramatically different personality traits during different parts of a session and one in particular where his full range of responses changed to the extent it was clearly like two different individuals.

This book might be worth you checking out as it deals with personality disordering etc
http://www.amazon.com/Structure-Personality-Michael-Hall/dp/1899836675
and uses NLP as a frame work to reorder and heal mental-emotional ills- for me it's in my top 10 NLP well worth a read - IMHO
