Hi folks

I just listened to the show on Breakthrough Goals (after having read the tip, saved it to 'do' later and forgot...) and wanted to share my breakthrough goal with you (so you can remind me when I forget this is what's going to make the difference this year!).

ENJOY MY LIFE.

Getting clients, making money, being healthy, social stuff and spiritual stuff are all so much easier when I'm enjoying it, so that's the breakthrough.

What's yours?

Love

To stay inspired!

I've been on a "high" ever since the last day of last year, when I made an action list together with a friend, for our big goals this year. It's only three weeks later and we're both amazed how much progress we've made and how achievable and realistic and closer our goals seem.

We live in different countries and the nice side effect is that we're phoning each other at least twice per week to update each other and make sure the other one is still on track - so we're much more in touch than we've ever been before.

Also I am "reminding" myself each night when I go to bed to look forward to the next day and to try and stay on this "high". Everything works when you're inspired...

I did something like that for 2008.

For 2008, my only goal was "be happy"

So, be happy at work
at home
when something isn't the way I want it to be
and when it is
and so on and so on.

I have been AMAZED how easy it is to be happy when nothing is the way you want it to be!

It's absolutely wonderful.

It has forced me to not accept external excuses for anything.

So now if I'm "not happy", I have to look at what I'm saying or imagining.
Once I know what it is, it's usually something completely ridiculous that I can easily get rid of.

And then...I'm happy again! Grin

2008 so far has been the best year of my life!
