I hope my like diagram makes sense-
I want you to take a little time to build a very powerful positive anchor- so as a way to start, that think about a number of positive real life experiences, start with the first one and when your right in the peek, of that experience press your finger and thumb together, and practice using that anchor- press the finger and thumb together and notice how, you can get them good feelings back, seeing, hearing, and feeling the experience in ways that make you feel good, then do that same thing with up to 3 more experiences. and once you have built this personal powerful resource anchor- go and get a drink, just to brake state- you could do anything- read a page of a book, flick through a few TV channels, any thing as long as its different..

So "M" = movie RA =Resource Anchor- go to a time and place before the old movie ever had the chance to be come apart of your life- this could be a number of minutes before the events were created or a few days, what ever looks and feels right to you,now press your finger and thumb together back there in that time and bring back and take into the future the Resource states- and repeat 5 times, knowing that all the learnings from these times and places are still intact- yet now they have a different emotional base to them- now if you repeat this 7-11 with a number of different movies then you will teach your brain to do it automatically.
