I had vague recolections of hearing this before somewhere and I had wanted to track it down to suggest it for a wedding reading for someone who I think will like it but couldn't remember enough detals about it to actually find it!

I loved the show.  Thanks very much Michael it was great to hear your views and get much confirmation about being in a good place when you enter a relationship.  I thought the analogy about eating the pizza was brilliant.  I think you said it was by Don Miguel Ruiz.  I hadn't heard that before and it will certainly stick with me.  I've eaten that pizza in the past over a long period of time but I'm now in a place of awareness were it won't happen again.

You're both welcome - I'm in the midst of writing a book about all this so my mind is chock a block with thoughts and ideas - it was nice to have the chance to share some of them with real people instead of my laptop!
