Question about my current employment

I am currently a mortgage broker, with very slow business right now. My co-workers have business, so I know it can be done despite the poor mortgage market. Also, I have been on a spiritual growth path the past few years and so when I came to this job 2 yrs ago, I knew it was the right thing to do then, since I could feel myself being directed to it.
Normally, I would encourage myself to follow my passion, but I seem to have difficulty with finding a true passion. My passion right now seems to be all playing and having fun and no things that would attract money. I have been doing plenty of action, while trying to enjoy the freedom of my job, but it has been months and things do not seem to be getting better. If you have suggestions, I would be most appreciative. Thanks Ken
