I'm committed to procrasinate a bit to much.
I'm committed to having an unhealthy diet to much at the moment.
I'm committed to not going on my run in the mornings.
I'm committed to having a messy wardrobe.
I'm committed to being disorganized.
I'm committed to be annoyed at  myself  alot for all of the above and more.

That's quite refreshing. lol.

I'm commited to correcting my spelling of committed.

I commit to Not being brave enough to post my ULPs here...
I commit to believing that they are far too personal and embarrassing to share.
I commit to believing that I would be harshly judged by the people here reading them.
I commit to believing that in some ways they would be used as weapons against me.

I thought it did look a lot, but things like not complaining and inner peace eating healthier etc kinda didn't take up any extra time, playing my new video game was a bonus aswell and I did alot of things extra than normal that aren't on the list. I'm also beginning to see on my original list that what I thought when I made a 'commitment' to is more of a 'should' lol, like the wardrobe cleaning. Perhaps I'll honour the commitment to go a bit easier on myself by reducing my commitments, at least each day. Thanks.

Tom, I think you were fearless for posting regardless! Riff, Wow! great way to use the forum!
I like the way you broke them down into much easier things. When I have big goals sometimes they seem so overwhelming. but if I can find one thing to do every day that moves me in the direction of the big goals - all seems possible.  Smiley

Thanks Terri,

I have crossed off all I did do on the original list and it's interesting to see what I did do and didn't. I'm still beating myself up a bit about certain things, I didn't get my wardrobe done, however I am closer to starting lol, mindspa...whoops.
However I am pleased with my nutrition intake and fitness and procrastination avoidance. Good stuff.
