Hi All
Being credit-crunched out, I have not been able to join Michael's program this month. However, I still love the concept, and have decided to play along at home as it were!
Would anyone like to join me? We could use the public forum here (hey maybe we'll save them from archival!) Perhaps one caveat should be that you should own at least one of Michael's books (or all of them, like me!) and the same rules apply:
1. You must believe you have a less than 50% chance for success in the 30 days of the program.
2. You must be so passionate about what it is you want to create that you will be glad of any time you spend invested in creating it, regardless of how things turn out!
My impossible project is to double the amount of income I get for my cinema ticketing software by improvements and finding enough new clients in the UK. I think it is impossible as I have other work commitments, a large family to involve myself in (a wife and 4 little ones under 5!), but it is something that I am most passionate about!
EDIT: Re-reading that it sounds pretty uninspiring (to me)! I had Michael's voice in my head saying, "No, what do you
really want?" What would be more inspiring to me would be to continue constantly improving my software for my current clients, adding value wherever possible (or impossible) and then simply telling as many people as possible (or impossible) what it is that I have developed and the value that it can bring them. Now that's better, re-reading that put a smile on my face! :-D Why does this seem impossible for me to achieve within 31 days? On first inspection, the areas I am going to have to work on are Belief, Wellbeing, Other People, Time, and maybe just a teansy weensy bit of Fear!
So what do you all think? Maybe, those of you who have not posted here before will join in, and we can all have a wonderful July!
