Love the daily talk on commitment.  It's easy to see how important it is to achieving anything we really want.  Some are made without thinking about the commitment.  When I'm thirsty, I'm committed to quenching it.  Some are more difficult.  Like being committed to getting my daughter out of the house on time to get where we are going on time.

I've found my commitments, those that take acknowledging the commitment to make them happen, most powerful when accompanied by two other essential elements:  a system and certainty.

For instance, getting my daughter (and I) out of the house on time takes a system.  With a 6 year old, it's always changing and requires more of me being vigilant to the flexibility of the system (that she creates).  However, with certainty in myself, her and the system, I know that the commitment will be held.

These 30 days are about achieving something big.  My note on the daily lesson is that nothing BIG ever happens without commitment.
