Hi there

I am wanting to find a coach to help with my specific requirements. I am at a turning point in my life. I bought a retail business about a year ago and have reached a very comfortable stage with it. I dont feel stretched or particularly happy and want to push on and fulfill my potential both in my personal life (meet a life partner, make a plan for my social and private life ie hobbies etc) and my career.

I've got heaps of experience in different businesses as well as a foray into personal development and alternative health practices. I went bankrupt pursuing the latter and over the last year I have built a firm and stable foundation with my business but the nature of the business isnt something I want to be involved in when I think about expansion.

Therefore the things I want to achieve with a coach are:

1. To clarify the direction I want to take next in my life.
2. To make a short term, medium term and long term plan.

I would appreciate your thoughts and recommendations.

Thanks
Charles

Hi Charles,

I would say you're at a perfect place in your life. Out of confusion comes order, and it seems as if there's plenty of the former which should yield plenty of the latter! I know where you are in many respects. I had my own very successful business and was at a turning point, grow it or leave it, and I left it. I followed my passion to make it my profession, life coaching, and it's been a wonderful thing! A new career in their late fifties would scare some people but once I listened to that inner guidance, and followed it, the road appeared, and keeps appearing.

I would be happy to assist you in finding your inner spark of genius, fanning it into a flame, and then fueling it with passion to go beyond what has likely been limited thinking. Your plans will become easy and natural once you set your destination.

Have a great week!

David

P.S. Nice comment on the importance of intellectual property protection vs. getting something done!

Hi David,
Sometimes it's hard to see the forest through the trees, so to speak. When we are in the midst of "doing" our life it can be hard to hear from ourselves what to do next, even though we usually have the answer within us. An outside guide can be very helpful in hearing our inner guidance and committing to our next steps.

I offer intuitive guidance, along with practical ideas & tools, to help folks find their way in partnership, parenting and purpose. You've asked about two of these areas! If you're interested in learning more, please visit www.thejoyfulguide.com.

Best wishes for a joyful transformation in your life!
Warmly, Linda
