Hi there,
I am new and am wondering if an article or a post has been done on how to effectively create a 5 - 10 - 20 year plan for your business and personal life? Also any thoughts on creating a mission and vision statement? Thanks and enjoy life!

.
Zalikhan
it is a very good question.
I think for me, if I were to take this on I would do this.
Think of the most wonderful life you can create for yourself. Where you would really *Love* to see your life. maybe just start with 5 years from now.
and then back-map it.
what benchmarks do you have to achieve in 4 years to get there? how about 3? and 2?
once you get the process, and you feel comfortable.
Start over again with 10 years.
but hold on to the 5 year plan.
I find for me, I work better focusing on more immediate things, also, my passion is more lively wit a five year plan, it feels to me more fiery.
hope that is helpful?
good luck
Tom
