I am currently training in Hynotherapy with the quest institute and can't recommend them enough, its modular based 10 weekends over 10 months and covers NLP, they have a really active forum and you get loads of resouces as part of the course to get you started as a hynotherapist. The course is based in London so it would mean a trip up the M4 once a month.
www.questinstitute.co.ukNot quite so far up the M4 is UKCPD and they run a great NLP pracitioner course in swindon and again it's modular 10 weekends over 10 months = 20 days to get a good understanding of NLP and basic hynotherapy.
