Hello there,

during the last couple of days there have been some strange occurances that lead to the valid assumption that a guy I really don't want in my life is reaching out for me. I hope he hasn't reached this community yet for I could use some support on how to be strong and a real warrior. I won't put up with all the stuff again.
Background is that I was raped years ago and then stalked by that man, got rid of him with help of lawers for a while, couple of years later he was back again was put off again and now seems to reach out again. I'll talk to the police tomorrow and informed my friends and family to be careful and sensible.

So, does anyone have additional ideas how to be real strong, solve this once and for all? Anyone who knows some helpful NLP techniques?

Lots of love to you

Hi Storm

My first option is a base ball bat- yet that could lead to a short time in jail, which would not be the best thing, so there are things you can do, or at least consider, one would be to take some self defense classes-  that way in the event of something happening you have away to protect yourself, other things are to make sure you someone is either with you or know where you will be.

As for techniques- Just notice how you are feeling right now, and what ever name you might call that feeling, just let it be, and just notice the sensations, the warmth or coolness, the weight or lightness, does it have a shape a colour? a sound and just notice noticing- and just be with that, nothing more nothing less, what do you and can you notice on the outside- what are you seeing hearing? and just be aware of being aware- and now if you was feeling strong calm and confident right here and right now, whats happening inside for you to know that you are feeling strong calm confident right here right now? and if you was to increase that feeling by just 1 half of percent how would that then feel? now while your in this/that state (press your index finger and thumb together and while your doing that at the same time say in a very strong inner voice inside your head (Strong Now!!) now repeat this this 7-11 times and each time increase that feeling of being strong calm confident in this/that time in the here and now- now go in to a time in the future several years from now, and while your in that time, turn around and look back from that time to this time, and press your finger and thumb together, and say Strong now, in that strong voice, and while your in that strong place in that time in the future walk back from there in to the now minute by minute, hour by hour day by day, week by week, month by month tear by year, getting stronger and stronger until your reach the here and the now, then turn around and walk back to the future and again taking this that state of being strong, all the way back there in that future time, and again turn back and do this several times each time making it faster and faster stronger and stronger- then stop- go for a drink of water- and just notice noticing- and when you need a boost press your finger and thumb together- and just notice and just increase the feelings of strong just by one half of a percent each time.

Hi there,

first of all:

A big THANK YOU to Jay and Terri!!

It is a great help to experience so much support here!!

The last try to contact me now lays a couple of days back and so I had some time to settle, sort my feelings, thoughts and think things over.
I came to the conclusion that whatever I do for the time beeing I won't really feel safe anywhere, but that it won't get any better when I go into hiding again. And that in fact I am tired of living in fear and hiding! Awfully tired because what I actually did was more like surviving than really living and with help of a very pointed message here, police, a helpful teleclass last week and friends I decided enough is enough!! Time to break free and start living!
So I changed back my User name into its original and decided to keep this profile.
I won't pretend I feel all good about it and there are still moments I feel I am not strong enough but then as opposed to the past I am open about what happens, allowing people to share the information and some of the burden. Feels awkward to ask for help but I am giving it a try....
It is comforting to know that all relevant people are informed and that apart from taking time to listen and invites to stay over there are people praying for me or doing energetic rituals to keep me safe and actually to bring him peace.

So for now I decided to hold my ground fully aware that there will be setbacks when I will feel full of fear but hoping that after a short while I will find my way back into strength by remebering a question I believe Michael uses:  "What would you do if fear was irrelevant?" and definetely his coaching tip "A Great Way to Deal with Pain and Fear". Helps me a lot! I printed out a paper showing a lion, a tiger, a bear and a questionmark just to remember me ;-) and posted it throughout my home!
Thanks for that help, Michael!! :-)

Being back here feels good!
Love

Have you thought about taking martial arts, Anja?  I took it for several years.  I could hold my own in a fight, but the main thing it did for me was give me confidence.  I could walk down the street and hold my head up high and make the world think I wasn't afraid.

I will be thinking of you.  I'm sorry you are in such a situation.  Love to you!

Martial arts can make you feel better in many ways the discipline and the feeling of control over your world when it seems you are at the mercy of another.  Keep just enough of the thoughts to keep you safe and discard the rest for what they are - noise.

love
