I have a fear of failure.
I qualified as a massuse and a reflexologist 5 years ago. I have not practiced since (Only on family and friends) I am currently do an Australian bush flower course so i can start my own business, I have loads of business ideas and have it all planned out, i just find so many reason to put it off.
I know in my heart it is what i am meant to be doing, i just cant focus.
I know if i dont try i am failing anyway!
I just dont believe i can do it and i feel that will only prove to people they were right, that i cant do it!
I am not sure what to try to get past this. Councilling, hypnosis, what to read. Any suggestions? Huh Huh

As you said " doing nothing is failure anyway". Knowing that, you do nothing and of course you get the desired outcome.
I think what you really fear is success!
Concentrate in finding out what is preventing you from doing the things you need to do to achieve the successful -as opposed to the failure -  outcome of your goals.

Hi Cheeki,

Interesting post.

My suggestion as a first step would be to purchase and read a book by a little known obscure author called 'Michael Neill'

The title of the book is 'You can have what you want'

 Wink

Seriously, you will almost definately get some inspiration and motivation after reading the book.

Cheers,

Mark
