Solutions cafe

Hi everyone i need some help with accessing Solutions cafe. My username and password is not allowing me to access the cafe and indeed states no such user namewhere previously had been fine. This has occurred since i joined the forum ! Could it be that i have used the same user name and password for the forum or is this a coincidence. Any advice is welcome . Thank you

Hi Vernon,

Your best bet is to drop an email to techhelp@geniuscatalyst.com, as I think is a coincidence that you joined the forum at the same time, sounds more like the login being tempermental (I off course know all the technical terms!)

I had trouble getting in the other day too with the same error message. Maybe it was just a glitch?

Actually, I've just tried again and it wouldn't let me in.

I tried to retrieve my password last time this happened and it gave me the user name hirohy which is totally different to my login name on there!!?

Hey, gang -

We're in the midst of a big changeover of the cafe membership that can better handle the larger numbers of people joining us.  (Believe it or not, we used to do it all manually ourselves!)  E-mails did go out, but it seems that at least half the membership hasn't gotten them so I've asked our resident tech wiz Alcinoo to post something here on the boards explaining how to get back into the cafe, change your username and password, manage your account, etc.

I had e-mailed Alcinoo before I read this message so he has sorted it all out for me.

Didn't see the message about the changeover, but that'll be the Yahoo spam filter I imagine- I'm sure it is purposly holding me back on my personal development reading!
