Hi

Im new the the site, just joined yesterday.

Im interested in finding out more information of past life regression therapy, and wanted some helpful advice if at all possible, maybe even a recommendation of a good local therapist, that doesn't charge the earth.

Thanks

I'm not sure where abouts in Yorkshire you are, if that is where you are. If you are anywhere near Haworth, then Adam Sargant is a great NLPer and hypnotherapist.

Hi, sorry I was about as clear as mud then wasn't I lol...

I suppose Leeds is my nearest city, I live in a rural village in between Leeds and York.

I'll have a look at finding Adam Sargant.

Thanks for your advice Smiley

Adam of course trained with us at Tranceforming NLP and you may be intereated to know that all our events are held at The Queens Hotel in Leeds (see www.tranceformingnlp.com) I train people to Prac and Master Prac level as well as running PT and Hypnosis events. The March/April NLP Prac is now fully booked!

I see clients privately at The Orchard in Horsforth, but am currently booked for some weeks ahead with clients, as I limit private work to 35/40 clients in any given month, due to corporatem recording and NLP training committments!

See www.nickkemp.com for details and www.tranceformingnlp.com for all the BBC Radio Leeds radio sessions from last year in sorting phobias

Best Regards

Thanks Peter

Yes, Im taking my time over this, as don't want to waste good money on  a 'fake'!

I saw your posts about your retreat in Spain, it sounds wonderful, but couple of obsticles in the way, would have to really work on hubbie to be able to get away and have him look after the kids etc..

Also I suffer from PLE (polymorphic light erruption) basically I can't go in uva/uvb sunlight, had it since I was 13, but on my 4th year of light therapy and happy to say its working great, actually got to the seaside with the kids for the first time last year, and don't have to wear a veil in summer anymore  Grin

I don't know Spain at all, so not sure what the climate is like in the region you are in?

Hi,

Interesting posts.

I have experienced a visit to a 'specialist' in past life regression (or re-regression) and IMHO, it aint what it used to be.

Think about it  Wink

Cheers,

Mark

That's fine, Severina - while I'm careful not to let the boards turn into advertising hoardings, that was a specific answer to a specific question!

Prior to getting into NLP, I spent 20 years exploring different meditative systems and altered state work. Some of this involved "regressions" and at one time I assisted someone who did literally hundreds of these. In my experience the "data collected" should never be considered as "fact" as each of us literally "reincarnates or recycles" our different sense of identity each and every day.

Ideas, emotions and physical states are constantly in a state of flux and in therapeutic contexts some people think that digging into the past will provide solutions to the present, which in my experince is often not that useful.

The more crucial question for most people is "What to do that will be different" and "What to do next" to create a different future

As RB would say "The best thing about the past is its over..."

Just a few passing thoughts... Cool

Hey Nick

Thanks for your passing thoughts..don't worry am not taking my results as 100% fact lol..

It was just really cool, and as I said to you previously, was something I was curious about   Smiley

Memory is fascinating as we will always have impressions of what we witnessed previously as we "recollect" our experiences. Some of the change history exercises in NLP can assist in producing some really interesting perceptual shifts
