Intention for 2007

I would love to spend some time a working in America over the next year or so. I live in the UK.  I have secretarial, admin and organizational skills which I would be happy to use to support myself, and I would love to have the opportunity to further my career as writer, speaker and workshop leader at the same time.

I am also gaining some broadcasting experience by volunteering at a local Internet radio station. It would it be great to be involved with the American personal development industry and have an opportunity to travel.

I plan to go to the I Can Do It conference in Las Vegas in May where I can make come contacts.

This message is in order to announce my intention on an unsuspecting world!  If anyone reading this knows of any relevant opportunities please let me know.

I will certainly to that, Michael!  You may remember when you were giving the talk in Cardiff last year that you asked people what would be their WOW.  I was the one who said, "I want to do what you're doing".  Well I am now leading some workshops and doing some public speaking, so I'm on my way!

Not long after my post about my intention, I heard that I was going to receive a large sum of money.  I knew this money would come to me at some point but wasn't expecting it for another 2 years.  Not only has it come sooner but it is also a larger sum.

I was all ready to book for I Can Do It, Las Vegas when I had a call from my mother inviting me to go on holiday with her.  The friend she was going with had cancelled because of family illness.  I went with her last year and we had a really good time, so I was keen to go but it was the same week as the Las Vegas Conference!  I have accepted the invitation to go on the holiday and now plan to go to the Tampa conference later in the year.

Isn't it strange how our plans can change direction unexpectedly?
