i am a engineer with a craftsmans certificate and have undertaken lots of after trades qualifications and find i am being erroded by people in offices who only have typing skills....making judgements and questioning my skills and abilities...it is quite irritating to the point of being dangerous....i dont have good people skills but i do know my stuff....am i the only one who has this problem ?
