I would like your advice and help please. I have been working with a client for 2 sessions now. She initially came to me to remove a  fear of flying phobia, but also has Menieirs disease and has had severe panic attacks, aside from the Menieirs Attacks. She doesn't go out of the house very often and feels like she can't breathe and is going to die most of the time.  Not surprisingly she lacks confidence and self belief.

I trained as a Master Practitioner on the McKenna,Bandler, La Valle course last year and am also trained in TFT although only recently to Diagnostic level. My first two sessions with the client went well and we made progress, using a combination of NLP and TFT however today I tried getting the client to use their timeline to go to a point before the traumatic incident, i had them disassociate from the line but as they looked along the timeline they saw a number of events and one specifically that seemed to terrify them.  The client broke down and said she was unable to get the picture out of her mind. The picture is of the traumatic event and she is associated. She says she has kept the memory hidden and it has now been unlocked and she can't get rid of it.

I feel terrible for her and sense that I may have used Timeline inappropriately. I tried everything I know to get her to alter the picture without success.  She is coming back on Friday to see me again.

I have put my mobile number at the bottom of this if you would prefer phone me.

Many thanks,

Great to speak with you today.

Deal with the fear of the fear/anxiety/new situation. Aiming to get to the point where she feels like this has surfaced now because there is a part of her that trusts she is able to handle this now.

And whatever else the other stuff we talked about was.

Let me know how it goes.
