At the bottom of Michael's Newsletter this morning................
PS - COACHING MASTERY IS COMING TO EUROPE!!!
Thank you for all your e-mails and requests to bring the 2 day Coaching Mastery workshop back to the UK and Europe. The next Coaching Mastery training will be on the 1st and 2nd of November in Amsterdam - we'll announce all the details over the next few weeks!
I've checked flights this morning and managed to find Liverpool to Amsterdam return at less than ?50 inclusive of all those charges and taxes! This will also give me an extra few days of sightseeing as I've never had the opportunity to visit before.
I would imagine hotels will be reasonable in Nov too.
Anyone else planning to join in the fun?

YAY!!! AMSTERDAM!! I will definitely be there! I hope many of you can make it, it would be lovely to meet you all! Since I am a local (more or less), feel free to contact me for anything! Of course locals can never really recommend hotels, since they rarely stay in hotels in the places they live  but I will try and help if I can! Here are 3 hotels that I can recommend in any case, though I'm not familiar with their rates (company always pays for me NH Hotel (On Stadhouderskade) American Hotel The Vondel Hotel They are all within 50m of each other, very central and very good. But of course there are loads more, so if you found something else and want to know if it's central or not, just ask me. And if anyone plans on making a long weekend out of this and feels like meeting up for a chat, contact me too I do not have a lot of people to chat about coaching with... Jen - since Michael is on holiday and can't share the details with us yet... can you share the good things you know about it... ? Anja |

Well I have just spoken to a very lovely and helpful lady to book my accommodation at what looks like a very comfy hotel. Thanks to Chris for the gentle reminder that the deadline for the special hotel rate was approaching. In my opinion it's a bargain, I'm fairly sure that the same standard of hotel would cost me much more in London, and the flights are around the same price as I normally pay to get to London so I am very happy to go and play in a city I haven't visited yet. I was talking to a couple recently who were there the last time that this ran in the UK and they were saying what a fantastic time they had. I've also had several reports of "aha" moments I've heard from others. (and I don't mean the Norwegian pop band ) I so nearly went on this the last time it was in the UK and then decided that having just (as in the day before) finished my prac course I should go and visit someone I knew who loved in the area who I hadn't seen in ages and that I'd do the course the next time it ran. That was several years ago now and as far as I know this is the first time it's come back to Europe so I am definitely going playing this time  |

Hi All, in case anyone is interested in museums (of which Amsterdam has plenty) - you picked the right weekend! On the 3rd November is the annual Museum Night in Amsterdam. You can find some info here http://www.n8.nl/2007/english/You buy a very cheap ticket and that will give you access to all of Amsterdams Museums that day. I'm not really a museum person, but I'm actually thinking of going myself, as there seem to be real good events happening at each museum - I have heard only good things about it so far. Otherwise (or in addition...) for comedy fans there's the fantastic comedy club "Boom Chicago" right in the center of Amsterdam.
