I've been blown away by this work...it's effective, gentle, deep and fast.
I had a wonderful incident recently where I did this work with a client. She had been struggling with a bully at work...she loved the company and the work but found herself obsessing about this guy...to the extent where her world view was becoming "bully-flavoured"...any of you recognise this
. We did the consciousness shifting work to help her feel strong and compassionate around him...she sent me an e-mail today telling me that an incident had brought this man's bullying behaviour to light and he has been confronted by his boss...she maintained that it was the change in her own energy that had given her the courage to complain vociferously about him to her boss...and it has become much clearer to her that her path is to stay with the company...
I find it hard to describe the work...it's kind of like a mango, hard to describe...but so delicious!
