Hi,

I've listened to the Larry Crane interview archived on Hayhouse. I've listened with interest but I guess it's my conditioning as an engineer, but I just don't "get" how it works. Does anyone have any direct experience and can give some more detail on how it worked for them? I know Michael has experienced it. I'm thinking of going to the Glasgow training in October but having trouble justifying a) the money b) leaving my wife at home with all the kids all weekend!

Thanks,

Martin

I just googles this out of interest and found this
The Sedona Method is a unique, simple, powerful, easy-to-learn and duplicate technique that shows you how to uncover your natural ability to let go of any painful or unwanted feeling in the moment. The Sedona Method consists of a series of questions you ask yourself that lead your awareness to what you are feeling in the moment and gently guide you into the experience of letting go.

So does it do the same as a quick reframe, change of state, swish pattern?  Tongue

Will let you know in a few weeks - I am going to the Glasgow session 19/20/21st Oct, with a 10% discount courtesy of Michael!

It keeps coming back to me every so often - I took it as a sign that I'm meant to check it out further.

Hey, Martin -

I've always felt Larry was being far more cryptic than he needed to be in that interview - for me the proof is in the pudding and the easiest way to understand it is to do it!

Have met Ken (who's leading the Glasgow training) but never seen him teach, so please let us know how you got on when it's done!

love,
michael

Hi Michael,

That's kind of the conclusion I came to. I'm becoming a convert to the idea that things that are meant to be, keep coming back to you until you finally get it!

As you say, sometimes it's better just to jump in than stand at the side of the pool trying to make the water warmer by looking at it! I will certainly post my feedback of a) the event itself and b) how the experience benefits me in the future.
