Hi. I tried the inner guide practice and got some good results. I could get my body really tingling. But tingling wasn't enough for me. I wanted more. So I've added a bit. Once I get the tingling going I then get every molecule in my body to send love to every other molecule in my body. WOW. Now I have to work out what all the visions my inner guide is showing me mean! Since doing this exercise for about a month and with the extra part added I have just had a very spiritual experience. Now that I feel love for myself I feel love for everyone else. I feel love for every atom of the planet earth... the universe and beyond.

That's wonderful. Really it is. I truly mean it.
One question I would like to ask you.
Who experienced it? Who is it that has had this wonderful shift in perception?

Hi Peter.

You play with my mind Grin

My first reaction to the questions was "that's a deep question". My second reaction was "well *me* would be the simple answer". The questions kept coming back to me at times during the day. I still haven't formulated another hypotheses. I could say we are all one and I was just experiencing as part of the whole organism but that was just an idea and to me it is just that. An idea. I would really like to know *your* answers if you have any so I can expand my knowledge and grow. Or is it that the whole organism will grow?  Wink

Hi Brian, now for some fun,
your right these are really intriguing questions, the one's that many people do not take the time to answer, or even realize that there is a question that could be asked.
Well, from where you describe your self at the moment is a really exciting place to be. Your answers are also very open and that's also a wonderful place to come from.

Firstly 'I' don't have the answer, because there is no "I " to give it to you. The same way as there is no "you " to hear it. These words are written and read by no one! However there is an imagined 'me' which which can talk to an imagined 'you'. No I'm not on drugs, lol. It's better than that.
The real you could be described as a 'knowing' that you exist /consciousness. You don't need any one to prove to you that you exist, you just know that from some deep awareness. As you have also noted there is no separation, that's the big illusion that sits there in this story called life. The apparent illusion that there is a me and a you, and a GOD some where else. There is only this which is God, beloved, consciousness,( oh no I've mentioned the word that should not be mentioned) or any other name you want to call it , it does not matter.

As consciousness is all there is, you could not read this if there was no consciousness, so yea, we are all one as there is no two, Two is the illusion called duality.
However as we are all one which is this thing called (it's not a thing, because that presupposes that there is an observer subject relationship) consciousness playing in the game of being two, I can write this to you and someone else can say what a load of rubbish. That's the game in action.

The game is for no one to realize that there is no one, then the game of two can be played without fear. Instead unconditional love can be lived as it should be, from the perspective that what ever you do to an apparent some one else , is actually being done to yourself, as there is only oneness appearing as two.
For those that are ready this truth will be clear, for those who are not, it makes no difference. All of this is beyond religion, creed, dogma. It is the the essance of the one true religion- the religion of Love., from which all true religions and learnings came from.
Love all - Serve all- help ever- hurt never.

That should have done your brain in !!!!!!!!!! You did ask!

Love
Peter (apparently).
Here is a really interesting link for you to ponder over.

Hi again Peter. On my first read I only understood a little. Mostly about the religion of love. I have come across a brief soundbite a while back saying there are only two religions... love and hate. It struck a chord with me. I consider myself agnostic but have this feeling that there is something going on that is beyond my immediate comprehension. Just living to get up in the morning... going to work... and all the rest seems to have little point when I consider what other things we could be doing and those that I have not yet imagined. So I came to the conclusion that the only way to live my life was with love and compassion.

I read for a second time and it was a lot clearer to me. I then checked out your link and watched the two videos. It was interesting to me to hear something that I'd not heard about before. But a thought came to me that we all have our own or others philosophies and to me no one can know if they are right. But that's just my philosophy Grin. The thought of what happens when after we die has been a constant in my life for a few years now. Not anymore as I realised that the possibilities are infinite and I had been chasing my own tail for all that time. For me now the only thing I can do is live my life with love and enjoy as much of it as possible.

OK... ramble over

Hi Brian
that all sounds pretty cool to me.
I agree with your idea of others philosophies and religions. The problem is we are trying to describe and talk about something which is infinitely more than words can ever begin to express.
At the end of the day we can only love and be open to the possibility of everything. My aim is the same as yours. I am trying to inspire others to see them selves as love by living my life in that way. You cannot preach love , you can only experience it and give it. It starts with your own inner realization, and you have obviously seen your own truth. Understanding counts for zero if the heart is not open.

Love
