Hey, Astro -
I've heard good things about NLP Possibilities in Toronto - I think they offer workshops throughout Canada as well.
Happy exploring, michael

Another really good text is the 'NLP WORKBOOK' by Joseph O'Connor. Very comprehensive and a good overall grounding in the subject IMHO. Jules.

its not been set up for downloading- online play only.. which is a shame as it would be pretty cool for a lot of newbies to be able to listen to it- when and where there would like- yet as its a free resource- then is good- apart from not being able to ipod it.

If you did want to record it to put on your i-pod, you could stream each part while starting an audio recorder such as Audacity in the background. A bit like taping off the radio- the stream plays out through your soundcard and the recorder feeds from that signal.
You can get audacity free on the internet and it can save files as MP3s.
