Hi everyone. This is my first post here so please be gentle with me
To get straight to the point, I realised a while ago that I never spend any money without feeling guilty about it. Soon after I also realised that I don't have any good money memories. Money has always been a source of worry and stress, which I imagine explains why it continues to be a source of worry and stress!
Inspired by Michael's Hay House podcasts, I want to work on healing my relationship with money, but I'm not really sure where to start. Does anyone have any books, websites, etc., they can recommend?
(On one podcast Michael talked about re-imagining your childhood as if you lived in abundance rather than lack - apologies if I'm remembering that wrongly - and that seemed really useful, plus I'll be downloading Money Made Fun, of course!)
Thanks
