I'm presuming that you are referring to the Hayhouse radio podcasts, rather then the achieves of various podcasts from other places Michael has as part of the solution cafe. I'm no expert on technology so let me point you in the direction of those that may be able to solve your problem.

. Considering they are in a different time zone to me, they have always responded very quickly to the few enquiries I've sent them over the years. I'm sure that they will happily talk you through some solutions and they'll be able to check things from their side as well.
