I loved Michael's show last Thursday explaining the 'comfort zone'. Like many people he described at the beginning of the show, I understood the term 'comfort zone' to be something you needed to step out of in order to achieve a goal.
However, in true Michael Neill, NLP Training style, I was enlightened to a completely new way to interpret the phrase and learned how to get in my comfort zone
- check in with my body find a comfortable place in it and simply feel it. Allow that one place and that feeling to spread throughout my body. How wonderful is that!!!
Three words: effective, enlightening, simple
