Hi everyone,

yesterday I again somewhat wondered about the way 8 out of 10 of my colleagues and friends answered to the question "How are you?"...

And I thought I just share my thoughts with you and see what ideas you have about it.
(As confirming or NOT confirming that I am getting it all wrong)
So here it is:

The majority answered somewhat sighing "Oh, you know, it's monday.....", " How would I feel on monday morning....",

This exclaim has striked me as odd for quite a time for it implies that mondays are worse than tuesdays, wednesdays and of course especially worse than fridays.
If that was true it would mean that 52 days a year are quite bad days by definition which strikes me as very sad because that would make it 520 in ten years and mmmh, though it's still very early in the morning and my math brain is still asleep Huh the amount of "bad" days would soon add up to 2 years!! :-)  Why would I want to feel bad so much time just because a day is labeled monday?? The people I meet on monday in the office are quite the same I meet on fridays aswell.... so mondays would have the chance to be as "good" as fridays, wouldn't it? So why deciding to see it this way?
Of course I am aware of the fact that on mondays the next weekend is still a way ahead but we do not only really have a worthwhile life on weekends, do we?

I hope I stated my case understandable and you can please explain to me what it is about mondays that people just dislike this day so much?
(But then again I fear you might not be objective on the case of mondays because you might actually look forward to mondays because you (just as I) look forward to it due to Michael sending us his new tip  Cheesy)

Anyone wiling to share his ideas about why mondays aren't bad or if you feel they are why they are???

Have great time !! Enjoy the week
Love

Hiya

Its called "a self adapted  projected belief system"- and its based on a co-created filter- or  based on the idea of a group compliance- meaning its been filtered through   many, many people- who have just accepted the idea of the "Monday blues" syndrome- with out questioning its validity- and as many, people just agree with the idea- the functioning of the way the brain works- with in belief systems then as it as several examples of people feeling and acting blue- on Monday- the Brain goes- OK I need to be apart of the humans race- Must adapted- and there you go- the brain as been projected on- and so now is apart pf the Blue Monday club-

I love Mondays- just cos it annoys the Blue Monday gang-

How Are You?

I LOVE to answer this question with...
"livin the dream!"

it always makes people smile, they either think I am being sarcastic, or they appreciate it, or at least it gives them pause to think where they are.
