Thank you for posting the introduction !! :-)
eased my impatience a (tiny) little bit to be able to read at least the introduction...
am having troubles to get a copy of the book here... (pre-ordered it weeks ago in February and now they won't be able to deliver it until the beginning of april ;-( )
No news, but I like Michael's style of writing :-))))
I loved to read it!
I am soooooo looking forward to reading the book :-D
Can't wait to turn the page !!!
